Java will be Open Sourced latter today.
The license is GLP v2 plus an Exception (you can link your non-GPL code to it)
From Java SE: Hotspot, javac and JavaHelp will be released today
JME will be released fully, including the test cases that form the JME compatibility kit
JEE (glassfish) will be released under GPL also, besides the CDDL that it already is under
In the near future other software will be announced
Right now you’ll basically have a tarball of the source, and a read only subversion
eventually they will use Mercurial for source control
